Coolangatta Realty was established in 1964, with an office in the main street (Griffith Street) of Coolangatta. In the 60’s few Real Estate offices existed, when a piece of Coolangatta’s beachfront property could be bought for £2,000.
The office is currently located in a prominent, street-front position at 72-74 Griffith Street, Coolangatta - in a well exposed position in the midst of Coolangatta’s retail precinct and high density residential and holiday developments.
The office occupies two shop fronts, from which both the Property Management and Sales Departments operate, with ample off-street parking available for customers. The office is well positioned to capture business from both the tourist and residential sectors of the Gold Coast.

Principal Licensee, Christine McMaster, has a long association with the agency. She commenced employment in 1981 as Property Manager and has worked her way through to become sole owner of the business. She strives to ensure a professional and personal service to all clients.
